Posted January 14, 2014. The central locking problem is caused by water ingress into the drivers door central locking module and is quite common. Liberal spraying with WD40 helps but in the end a new module is usually needed. The speedo problem is also common.

Hi guys, I just recently found out that the radiator cooling fan on my 1.8 tdci doesnt work. The radiator is apparently big enoguh that the car is perfectly able to cool itself during all seasons. The main problem is the AC gets hot when stationary since there is not enoguh airflow to cool the radiator and you can hear the AC compressor clutch

the only real way to do it is to fill the tank . note the mileage. use up most of the tank. Fill the tank back up. look at the pump to see how many litres went in to refill it. note the mileage, deduct the previous noted mileage and work out your mpg (there are 4.54 lites in a gallon). nothing else will be as accurate .

The AA man said it was highly unlikely to be the turbo, but the wooooing noise did sound like it. The car is a 57 plate, it has been fully serviced and MOTd, and has done 45k miles. So the halfords guy said he would have a look. And he ran diagnostics etc on the car, and they apparently came back clear/negative.

Cand am cumparat masina acu 4 ani, avea 150.000 km si proprietarul din Germania schimbare pompa de injectie 1300 euro pe factura.
